Ian Hartley has been producing and DJing original breaks, drum'n'bass, acid jazz and electronica in Tokyo since relocating from London in 2001. He has carved a niche in the Tokyo scene whilst running his independent label, kikaizuki. Ian's commercial production work has included music for FIFA Soccer World Cup 2006, Mizuho Bank, and Yamaha Motorcycles.

He has DJ'ed at Tokyo venues such as Ageha, WOMB, UNIT, Air, club Asia, and LaFabrique. In London, he has performed at the Alexandra Palace, the Jazz Cafe and the Rock Garden.
